‘t Kaaswinkeltje is well known in Haarlem and surroundings. Appreciated for many years for its excellent quality, perfect service and experience. In this shop you don’t buy a piece of cheese only. You will be taken away in the most beautiful stories of the best and delicious Dutch and European cheeses.

Famous are among others “Het Neusje van de Zalm”, a creamy and smooth matured farmer’s cheese. The “Haarlem’s Zoetje” is an old cheese made out of North Holland milk, ripened according their own recipe. This recipe gives the cheese a creamy nutty taste. Delicious to put on your bread, together with a good glass of wine or grated over a pasta / oven dish. Also we prepare our own fresh mix for a delicious cheese fondue. A great success, especially during the darker and colder months of the year.
